Lighting up the ‘Pools’!
So…on a recent escape we got away to Liverpool again and Blackpool. There was a light festival on in Liverpool, ‘River of Light’ and we also got to visit the Anglican Cathedral in Liverpool that was closed on our last visit due to Graduation Ceremonies. The famous illuminations are on in Blackpool at this time of year and Will had never seen those. Our Blackpool accommodation was comfortable if a bit tacky, very much like Blackpool itself.
