Staying ‘Up Over’ for a while.
Back home.
So...I have been back since Friday. I think I am over the jet lag now. The weather has been unseasonably hot for the end of Winter/ the start of Spring. The possums and a few wallaroos are still around and seem to still remember me. There has been another Koala sighting on my wildlife cam and we have a new Rooster! The hens are laying again and we are getting about 5 eggs a day at the moment. I have missed the wattle flowering up here and the blossom on some of the fruit trees but there are a few fruit trees still in flower. The mossies are back and we had one pesky one feasting on us last night that we couldn't hunt down. I am back in work this week on Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning. Hope I can remember what my log in password is and what to do!

Edinburgh.
So...I have always loved the Edinburgh Festival and went every year for a visit when I lived 'Up Over' so couldn't resist going back this year. To be honest it was one of the reasons I came at this time of year plus my brother was also supposed to be doing a show on the Fringe but sadly due to a venue mix up that had to be cancelled.

So...today Nathan and I had a walk through Gelt Woods. I haven't been for years but it was one my Dad's favourite walks. He spent a lot of time here.
