The Best Laid Plans.

So...we were planning on going to Brisbane this weekend. Will was going to get together with his old band mates for a reunion practise and there was an Anniversary party at the Kindergarten he used to work at on Sunday. We were then going to head down the coast to visit the Swell Sculpture Festival on Monday but...today there were 5 new Covid cases in Brisbane. The Premier has not called a lockdown yet but is closely monitoring the situation and we reckon it's likely there will be one in the next few days. We can't risk going because if a lockdown was called we would be able to get home but we would have to follow lockdown measures and we need to be able to go to work, especially Will as he is the only Cheesemaker at the Factory at the moment.

It's very disappointing.

There is a chance we will be able to nip down to the coast to see the Sculpture Festival sometime this coming week if there is no lockdown. We shall see.
