So...we got another four solar panels up today though the weather was pretty cloudy for us to reap the benefits.

So...we are finally moving our solar panels from their temporary set up to their new permanent placement. It will mean that when the sun is lower during the winter months they will be less shaded by the trees behind Blue Moon. We should also be able to alter their angle to the sun depending on the season to maximize theirs efficiency. There will be a bank of eight panels. Today we put up the first four...
Scuppered plans!
So...we were looking forward to finally heading back to the River in NSW this coming weekend, for the first time in months, but today the Premier announced the Queensland border is to close again on Saturday to all residents from NSW and the ACT. All Queensland residents returning home after that time have to go into a 14 day hotel quarantine at their own expense.It's very disappointing for us but I was half expecting it...and it is an attempt to prevent a second wave of the virus getting into Queensland.
