Rain update.

So...yesterday we had a bit more rain and all up we have had about 9 mls altogether. We have a bit more water in our tanks but it has made very little difference to the state of the dam. The forecast for the next four weeks looks pretty grim.

It's raining!

So...I hardly dare post it in case it jinxes it...but it is raining! There are rumbles of thunder too. A small amount is predicted for the next few days so today we set up a temporary gutter system to collect water off the deck roof.'Send her down Hughie!'
