Possum Galore
A life ‘Down Under’!
In my Father's footsteps.
So...today I went for a walk while Mum went to her 'sewing group'. It was a walk I had only done once before that Dad took Will and I on a few years ago...I remembered the way quite well but realised towards the end of it that I had done it the opposite way around to the way Dad took us...
Great Grandad.
So...today my Mum and Dad's Great Grandson Rúben was born.As one life ends a new one starts....in the circle of Life.
The Great North Run.
So...today Nathan ran in the Great North Run. It was 13.1 miles and he did it in 3 hours and 6 minutes...
Resting in Peace.
So...a wise woman once said "Life is like a rich tapestry. There has to be black bits to make the colours stand out."It has been a pretty dark period for 'Possum' but normal service will be resumed as soon as possible.Today Mum and I went back to the church yard because she wanted to take some pictures of Dad's flowers.
It really is a beautiful place, very peaceful with the wind sighing in the trees and for someone who loved being out walking in the countryside I think it is the perfect resting place.
