Catching Up!

Stanthorpe Show - 3/2/17The Gallery of Modern Art (GOMA) - 5/2/17The Flight - 6/2/17p1020887-mediump1020888-medium
Mum and Dad picked us up at Carlisle and we headed back home with them. 8/2/17 - The Cheese Maker is back in ActionYesterday I dropped Will off at Crofton Hall Cheese Farm at 8.00 am to spend the day cheesemaking with them.I had an early morning wander around Carlisle...
While Will was working we had lunch with my sister and niece before I visited my old school in Wigton in the afternoon. I picked up Will at 5.00pm and he had had a very interesting day and had learned a lot of new cheese making skills.p1020909-mediumFrom the heat of a Queensland summer we have been thrust into the cold of a northern English winter. It was -1 C this morning and we are wrapped up in fleeces for most of the day. Stepping out of the 'warmth' of the supermarket the other night (weird because the supermarkets we have become used to are air conditioned and cool!) into the cold, damp atmosphere of a dark February evening made me feel as 'Christmassy' as I have felt since leaving for Australia.p1020910-mediumTomorrow we head to London.
