Planned and unplanned.

So...when Will got up today he knew what he was going to do. I, as usual, hadn't a clue.Will wanted to build a screen around the shower. We are hoping to get a visit from Tracy and Jen this week and though they have never complained they have said that the outdoor shower is not so much fun when it is windy. The screen he wanted to build would protect bathers from the wind and provide privacy.

Drain diggers.

So...finally we got the drain finished today. It is a distraction from real jobs that we need to do but although it is only temporary while we live in this falling down house it will make things a little more pleasant around the back of the house.

Not so lonely!

So... I have been very concerned for the 'Wan*%#' bird...and that it was the only one hereabouts crying out 'Wan*%#!'It has been around the house a lot recently and today I was able to get very close to it, which was unusual, as it normally flies away as you approach.It just sat and watched me as I took photos of it and then I spotted another in a tree nearby. In fact I saw three of them. So worry over...it has found some fellow 'Wan*%#s' and it is not an endangered species.
