Fast February.

So...here is the second month of the year and this year it shall be 'Fast February'. I shall be living ( hopefully) on 800 calories a day. I have since Christmas used up all the treats and temptations in the cupboards with the intention that February 1st was the start of my diet. There shall be no sugary drinks or treats across my lips until March...and so it begins.....1 day down and I am still very hungry. Let's hope February goes fast!
